Currently Thea Kovac teaches adults through the Continuing Education Departments at the Milwaukee Institute of Art and Design, Cardinal Stritch University, and the Jewish Community Center.  She has coached individuals and conducted workshops and classes throughout southeastern Wisconsin since 1992.  Her watercolor and acrylic paintings can be seen at Art and Soul Gallery and the Katie Gingrass Gallery in Milwaukee.
